Shine Counseling for Women

I'm passionate about holding space for women and offering hope.  I specialize in counseling women through any of life's changes. With special training in maternal mental health, I aim to support women during pregnancy, postpartum, and all stages of motherhood. I have experience counseling women with depression, anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, postpartum mood disorders, grief, ADHD, and those who are autistic. I am neurodivergent affirming and support women exploring what this means for them.

I'm here to help you create a space full of compassion to re-discover yourself. I support women who want to overcome unhelpful patterns and understand themselves in a new way. Using a holistic and trauma-sensitive approach, I integrate cognitive, emotional, and somatic (body) strategies to help you deeply experience your present, not just talk about your past. Thriving is possible for everyone!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina (License 9431) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC 18302) in Florida.  I've completed advanced training in perinatal mental health counseling through Postpartum Support International. After living in Tampa, FL, my entire life, I recently moved to Greenville, SC, where I enjoy hiking, gardening, and exploring with my husband and son.
