Shine Counseling for Women

I'm passionate about holding space for women and offering hope.  I specialize in counseling women through any of life's changes. With special training in maternal mental health, I aim to support women during pregnancy, postpartum, and all stages of motherhood. I have experience counseling women with depression, anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, postpartum mood disorders, grief, ADHD, and those who are autistic. I am neurodivergent affirming and support women exploring what this means for them.

I support women who want to overcome unhelpful patterns and understand themselves in a new way. Using a holistic and trauma-sensitive approach, I integrate cognitive, emotional, and somatic (body) strategies to help you deeply experience your present, not just talk about your past. Thriving is possible for everyone!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina (License 9431) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC 18302) in Florida. I've completed training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to treat trauma and advanced training in perinatal mental health counseling through Postpartum Support International. After living in Tampa, FL, my entire life, I recently moved to Greenville, SC, where I enjoy hiking, gardening, and exploring the mountains with my husband and son.
